This Sunday, Dave Schubert continues our sermon series, "David, A Faulty Man with a Faithful God." 

There will be members of our prayer team available for prayer after each service on Sundays. Elders and pastors will also be available.

Preschool: They will learn about the Ten Commandments

Elementary: We will have a movie day because it's our Grace Kids Retreat weekend! We will be showing the kids "Prince of Egypt" to learn more about Moses! 

Coming up: Candy Collection for our Egg hunt is continuing through Sunday, March 22nd. Please bring items to the church office 9 AM-4 PM, or on Sunday mornings to the Kids Check-in Desk. 

March 29-April 4th: We need your help to fill 8,000 balloons for our Grace Kids Balloon Egg hunt! Bring your Life Groups, meetings, friends on over to GFC and chat and fill balloons. If you're an introvert, bring your headphones and listen to a book while filling balloons. ha!  

GS has a fun-filled year planned.  Stay in the loop with the BAND APP or TEXT STUDENT.

Grace Students sponsors a 12 year old girl in Guatemala named Daniela. We ask that you join us in prayer for health for her and her family.

For those of you that are newer to Grace Fellowship, every spring we pick one week to give away all our tithes and offerings to those in need. We call this Generosity Sunday.

So just a heads up, this year Generosity Sunday will be the week of March 15 - 21.    

All tithes and offerings given that entire week in-person and online will be used externally to bless those in need locally, nationally, or globally. 

Please note that Lead Pastor Joel Owen will be out of the office March 10-20 as he is in Kenya with some of our mission team to encourage and serve alongside a few of our GFC international missionaries. Please pray for them as they travel.

In other office news, Associate Pastor Andy Malcolm will be out of the office March 14-21 on vacation and Office Administrator Joy Martin will be out of the office a couple of weeks due to surgery on March 17. This year we will be celebrating Easter with three different service times: Saturday, April 4th at 6pm (no kid's ministry) and Sunday, April 5 (full kid's ministry) at 9am and 10:45am. Come and join us for these special services. Invite your family, friends & oikos. Everyone is welcome!

Your oikos are those 8-15 people God has strategically placed in your life for YOU to influence for Jesus. Easter is one of the best times of year to invite lost people to church. Let’s all be diligent to pray for and invite them to our services.

Easter is coming, and we need YOUR help to make it unforgettable for Grace Kids! 

First: We are collecting candy now until Sunday, March 22nd! Please drop off candy that will fit in Easter eggs at the church office during the week, or the Kid's check-in desk on Sundays. 

Also...We need help to stuff to Easter eggs the week of March 22. Candy will be provided, we just need your help to fill the eggs. Contact Ashley to help with this. 

Second: This year we’re filling 8,000 balloons (yes… EIGHT thousand!) during the week March 29–April 4, Whether you can help for an hour or an afternoon, we’d love to have you join the fun. Many hands make light work...help us create a joy-filled celebration as we share the hope of Jesus with our kids this Easter! 

We will have the church building open from 9 AM to 7 PM each day until we are done! Please feel free to stop and fill balloons, bring your coffee chats to the building that week and talk with your friends while inflating balloons! 

Bring a friend, and let’s get filling! 

Food Pantry:

GFC members have generously donated food items for our church family. If you are a GFC individual, family, college student, or senior who could use some of these items, pick up a pre-made food box or bag or look through the many other items available! This is a gift from your church family for you.

Available for pick up on Mondays from 12-2pm and Sundays 10:15-12:00pm, or contact the church office at 423-245-3616 by text or call. You can reach out to contact@gracekingsport.org as well if you need to find a different time to stop by.

We are continuing to receive food pantry donations. 

There are a couple of prayer groups that meet and serve at different times. The Thursday Intercessory Prayer Group meets Thursdays at 3pm. If you’re interested, please contact Ruth Jordan at 202-680-8963 for additional information. Members of the Prayer Team serve Sundays after each service as they meet and pray with members or visitors who are in need of prayer. This is the perfect time to come and join in! We meet on Tuesdays & Thursdays at the church from 10-10:45am and you can also join in by Zoom. Come join us and enjoy a great customized workout, worshipful music, along with having a lot of fun getting healthier with other ladies just like you.
